Wa!!! This is the Stress reduction Kit tat I found online. So funny... Think need this to be in office. Hahaha... Anyway today had a meeting from 9am till abt 12pm. The meeting is asking ppl to KSC to clear landed lists and after tat find that Condo got problems. Now even Condo need to clear up the lists. Then after all this, we have own internal meeting... Haiz... why CSOs can still put themselves "READY" when they are gone for lunch???? Haiz... Then caller call in but nobody answer tat line... Now found out that alot of the CSOs know very little on what the company is all about. Boss is asking do they need refresh course. DAMN IT!!!! Haiz.... Then today found out that two of the CSOs are having big issues... So now we are checking on them one by one.... Why are they doing this to me n the rest of the TL???? Why are they making more and more errors???? Is it cos training is not enough or lack of discipline???? Realli dun noe... Haiz... Stressed till slpt at abt 11pm but suddenly woke up at 1.3oam... Cos I thought my nose is bleeding... Scary.... Damn it... Haiz... Should go back to bed early if not later will get scolding again.... Haha... Nite... Got more things to settle tomorrow... Haiz...

Yesterdae and Todae is a STRESS dae for me n CY... Complain coming in one after another... A damn stressful dae as we need to solve the problems one after another... Damn it... Hate to clear all this shit... Todae more shits came in due to CSOs mistake!!! why??? Does this mean the training is not good enough... Can they give empty promises without me n CY approval??? Why is all this happening and all this errors start to surface...Haiz... Todae totally no mood as need to explain alot and listen to recording till I'm so sick n tired already... Haiz... Something is wrong with me todae... Find out that the way I speak sth is not right... The word I pronoun is like sth not right... Dun noe how to say but I think my speech is affected liao... Tat why dun feel like talking too much liao... Haiz... Yesterdae forget to eat my medicine and also forget abt my checkup... Haiz... Alot of things happened till I forget liao.. For those who ever bother to read this. Alot of things had happened in my life. With alot of Ups and Down. Been very stress with alot of things. But what worried me most is my HEALTH!!! When will I ever be healthy again??? The answer is "NO", I will never ever had the chance again... Haiz... Feeling Sad + Disappointed + Confused + Stress... Been feeling very sick and tired eating so many pills... GOD helped me as I dun want to eat anymore pills liao... Realli feel damn sick n tired liao... Haiz... This few days I have been only eating either one or two meals per day.. Not cause no money but cos I dun feel like eating... No mood to bite any foods... Haiz... After eating all the pills, will feel like vomiting, dizzy and most of all dun like the bitterness of the medicine.... I dun wan to see Doc again and is so X seeing doc each time... Help me PLEASE!!! Haiz... Alwayz feel like crying when I see all my medicine... Haiz... When I feel like crying I will alwayz look for my GRANDMA to talk abt it... But she GONE.... Who can I talk to???? when will be the time GOD will come and take me away!!! I rather he come earlier so that I can stop suffering...

Recently, went back to a old old waffle place with xxx... Ya the shop had expanded but the location of the shop is bad cos is located at a corner. So nobody will noe whether is it still open at night. The waffle is still as good but the Tea is only so so... Cos last time we used to have a much nicer tea (Ahmad Strawberry Tea).... Haha.... Thanx Belinda's blog for reminding me of the place.... Hahaha... It a cool place if u wan a nice waffle in town and also for a cup of fruit tea. Hahaa... It been a long time since I blog.... This few weeks had been a heavy and hard weeks for me... Want to know why?? Cos I have been on MC for more then 1 weeks... Cos my leg had been so pain that I can't even step on the ground... So no way I can go for work... Had been seeing an Orthopaedic but the doctor refer me to another Arthritis and Rheumatism Medical Clinic. Which for all this I have almost spend almost near a $1000.... Then after tat they discover that is my blood is causing the problems. Dun ask me why like that I also dun noe... So now muz eat medicine to control it from going higher loh... Haiz...
Then after a long MC and is back to work.. I got such a big SURPRISE from the whole onsite teams... Thanx ah!!! I will remember it forever in my heart. Thanx for all the backstabbing and now I have to say bye to Podium Level 1 to 4. And I be at ITC. Don't ask me what am I doing up there!! I also dun noe... Haiz.... It had been a bad year for me... But I have already say I will remember who is good to me and who is not!!! I will survive this and hope that I will realli learn new things in ITC loh.... Haiz... Should stop here le... Reach the Chalet @ about 1+ to check in but who noes can onli check in @ 2.30pm... So we went for lunch @ the food court... Wa was damn hungry cos morn went for R.T so never ate anythin at all... Then @ abt 2.30pm we check in and then after we check in we were busy with the preparation of foods... Haha... Then after all the stuff is done n we rest for awhile watching TV till abt 6.30pm before we went out to set fire and do the BBQ... Hehe... Fisherman help to set the fire and then I help Fisherman with the Sotong... Hehe... Then while BBQing we were waiting for one of out teacher to come... She came at about 8+ ba... Then alot of us is busy BBQing the foods for her and her family... Then they stay for awhile before leaving the place at 9+... Then after tat we continue BBQ till about 12+ then each of us took turn to bath... After bathing we play "Heart Attack" for awhile before going to bed cos some of us had to attend a briefing tomol @ 10am...

I couldn't slp the whole nite due to pain... Haiz... So I seated throughout the nite... Tat a terrible feeling... Then finally when I find a good posture to lie down then was waken up by Chu Ai... Haiz... Woke up at about 9am... Then after tat took a cab down for a briefing... Reach there @ 9.55am so still got time... Then when the lecture is talking I fell aslp think I'm tired cos can't slp last nite... Then after tat each of us is given a letter and I got a shock by the salary... Wa never expected so much... Then after tat went to the canteen to eat Wanton Noodles... Hehe... Then after tat took a cab back and went to the A6 side there to borrow Steamboat for tonite... Hehe... Then after tat went back chalet and wait for the rest to finish their lunch before going Wild Wild Wet... I got 100 dollars vouchers then can bring 9 persons in... Went in and then realised the things they play got a sign that suit me... But I still can't be bother and continue with it.... Haha... Just feel that dun wan to spoilt everybody mood by not playing... Then we play till 5+ then went back chalet to take a bath before starting the steamboat... Hehe... We start the steamboat @ about 6+ then after eating quite a few of them went to slp... Then left me, Fisherman n pei to clean up the mess... After cleaning we went next door to watch DVD... Then after watching is abt 1am... Then I went to slp cos I'm very tired... Asked Gallen's to wake me up but I never wake up until the next morning... But was quite noisy due to their talking so can't realli sleep...

Finally reach the book out dae... Haha... Like Army like tat... Woke up @ about 8.45am n then went to pack my stuff... But I got a hard time to wake Pei, AiAi, Ben n Ah Yi... Then finally they woke up @ about 9.45am n the check out time is 10am... They keep ensuring me they can sure leave the chalet @ 10am... But guess what they left the chalet @ 10.10am... Then after tat I took Bus N0 12 to do my R.T.... Then the rest took MRT home n reach home @ 12pm while I reached home @ 2pm after my R.T... Haiz... Damn tired n then went to slp till abt 10pm... Then woke up n msg Pei cos e next dae meeting her to do shopping for clothes.... Then after tat went back to slp cos very tired...

Woke up @ 12pm... Then after tat went to bath n went out the house @ abt 1pm n reach town @ 1.30pm... Then I went shopping for awhile before meeting Pei, Fisherman n AiAi... Then we went shopping from 2pm till 7.30pm... Then after tat they took MRT home n I took a bus home... Reach home cook some noodles n was eating it while watching the 9pm show @ channel 8... Then after tat @ 10pm went in to my room to watch DVD... Slept @ about 1+ cos very tired...

As for todae... Woke up at 10.45am by huihui... And then got out of my house @ 11.15am... Haha... Then went to the bus stop n wait for bus to go to Harbour Front... Reach there about 11.45am... Haha... Suppose to meet 11.30am one loh but i'm not the latest... Then after tat went to eat... As usual I will be eating my chicken rice... Then after tat went to take a bus in to sentosa... Haha... Went to the beach to Sun Tan.... Haha... But guess wat onli manage to tan awhile onli... Cos there is not much sun... Haiz... Then sit down awhile till about 3.50pm... Then after tat went to the Sentosa Luge n Skyride.... Wa... My first time there so excited... Haha... Then at the sale counter got put sign for those who can't take the ride... But one of the sign I met the condition but I still take... Haha... The ride was a nice one... Cos u got to take a sky ride up then after tat u suppose to ride the go-cart down... The go-cart is the fun part... haha... Anyway I enjoy my ride... Then after tat took a blue line bus to Musical Fountain but no light to the water so not nice one... Haiz... Then after tat took a bus back to harbour front to eat again... But I never eat chicken rice... Let u all Guess... Haha... Then after tat took bus 93 home... Haha... Then woke up @ about 4+... Reply an email n then went to bath n went out again... Meet my so called "Daddy" wanted to watch movie but in the end we never... Then we went around looking for food... Do not smoke for entire day, do not drink alcohol, hot drinks or eat very hot food, Do not exercise or lift heavy objects, Eat soft foods, Avoid eating on the extraction site, Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen and lastly take a mouthful of the salty water and hold it over the extraction site until the heat is lost (Repeat at least 4 times daily for 1 week).... Haiz... So much instruction... Two more days are chalet le... How to eat BBQ foods? Haiz... Will see how ba... Need my two nanny to remind me... So nanny if u see this please remind me ah... Just came back from YV camp from 5th to 9th dec.. Damn Tired.. Me, Christine, Gary, Maz, Babu, Vick n Honnie went for lunch after break camp... Then reach home @ abt 3+... Then I start to bring all my clothes out to wash... Then after tat went to bed @ abt 4+... Slept all the way till the next afternoon about 1pm.. Haha.. I noe I'm a pig... Then after tat went online n talk awhile with e rest of the Coms n helpers... Then after tat go bath n went out @ abt 4+.... Was late lucky got ppl drove me there... So reach Orchard @ abt 5+... Hehe... Then wait for the rest to come n then we went to eat @ Far East Sakura... Nice foods n is quite cheap... Then after tat quite alot of them went home n then only left those hyperactive one... Went out @ abt 11+.. Took bus to Harbour Front to meet e rest of e galz... Then went to buy drinks n breads.. After tat went to Harbour Front Hawker Centre to haf lunch... Haha... So delicious man... Then took bus into Sentosa n pay a entry fees of $3... Not very ex lah... Haha... Then took e Blue line to Silso Beach... Had alot of fun with tanning, playing volleyball, soccer n frisbi... Haha... JOHN 3:16

A little boy was selling newspapers on the corner;
the people were in and out of the cold. The
little boy was so cold that he wasn't trying to sell
many papers. He walked up to a policeman and
said,
"Mister, you wouldn't happen to know where a
poor boy could find a warm place to sleep tonight
would you? You see, I sleep in a box up around
the corner there and down the alley and it's awful
cold in there for tonight. Sure would be nice to
have a warm place to stay."

The policeman looked down at the little boy
and said, "you go down the street to that big white
house and you knock on the door. When they
come out the door you just say John 3:16 and they
will let you in."

So he did. He walked up the steps and
knocked on the door, and a lady answered. He
looked up and said, "John 3:16." The lady
said, "Come on in, Son." She took him in and she
sat him down in a split bottom rocker in front of a
great big old fireplace, and she went off. The boy
sat there for a while and thought to himself: John
3:16...I don't understand it, but it sure makes a
cold boy warm.

Later she came back and asked him "Are
you hungry?" He said, "Well, just a little. I haven't
eaten in a couple of days, and I guess I could
stand a little bit of food," The lady took him in the
kitchen and sat him down to a table full of
wonderful food. He ate and ate until he couldn't eat
any more. Then he thought to himself: John
3:16...Boy, I sure don't understand it but it sure
makes a hungry boy full.

She took him upstairs to a bathroom to a
huge bathtub filled with warm water, and he sat
there and soaked for a while. As he soaked, he
thought to himself: John 3:16... I sure don't
understand it, but it sure makes a dirty boy clean.
You know, I've not had a bath, a real bath, in my
whole life. The only bath I ever had was when I
stood in front of that big old fire hydrant as they
flushed it out. The lady came in and got him. She
took him to a room, tucked him into a big old
feather bed, pulled the covers up around his neck,
kissed him goodnight and turned out the lights. As
he lay in the darkness and looked out the window
at the snow coming down on that cold night, he
thought to himself: John 3:16...I don't understand it
but it sure makes a tired boy rested.

The next morning the lady came back up
and took him down again to that same big table full
of food. After he ate, she took him back to that
same big old split bottom rocker in front of the
fireplace and picked up a big old Bible. She sat
down in front of him and looked into his young
face. "Do you understand John 3:16?" she asked
gently. He replied, "No, Ma'am, I don't. The first
time I ever heard it was last night when the
policeman told me to use it," She opened the Bible
to John 3:16 and began to explain to him about
Jesus. Right there, in front of that big old
fireplace,
he gave his heart and life to Jesus. He sat there
and thought: John 3:16....don't understand it, but it
sure makes a lost boy feel safe.

You know, I have to confess I don't
understand it either, how God was willing to send
His Son to die for me, and how Jesus would agree
to do such a thing. I don't understand the agony of
the Father and every angel in heaven as they
watched Jesus suffer and die. I don't understand
the intense love for ME that kept Jesus on the
cross till the end. I don't understand it, but it sure
does make life worth living.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.

If you aren't ashamed to do this, please
follow the directions. Jesus said, "If you are
ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before
my Father." Pass this on only if you mean it.

I do Love God. He is my source of existence.
He keeps me functioning each and every day.
